Em’s Laundry has 24 cameras monitoring the entire operation from the moment your laundry arrives to the moment it leaves. Every single stage of the process is recorded — check-in, sorting, washing, drying, folding, bagging, and return. Nothing happens off camera.
This isn’t about watching staff. It’s about accountability at every step, and about being able to prove exactly what happened if a question ever arises.
How the process works
When your laundry arrives at Em’s it is immediately checked in and recorded. Items are counted and logged before anything else happens. From there, your laundry moves through sorting, washing, drying, folding, and bagging — each stage captured on camera.
By the time your clothes are returned to you, they have passed through eight documented stages, every one of them on record.
When a customer says something is missing
It happens occasionally. A customer is certain they sent an item and it hasn’t come back. At most laundries, that conversation ends in a shrug.
At Em’s, we roll back the footage. We have photographs and video of your laundry at check-in and at every stage after that. In almost every case, we can show exactly what arrived and exactly what happened to it. That’s not something most laundry services in Chiang Mai — or anywhere — can offer.
