We dropped off our clothes before we headed out for a full day. The staff was friendly and spoke excellent English. I have been using Em’s laundry service for around a year now. The service which includes free pickup and delivery , and next day service is excellent! They have always been prompt and polite, and my clothes come back so nice and soft, with a great clean smell. Needed to do laundry half way through our trip and found EM’s Laundry. They picked up and delivered the clothes washed (smelled great) and folded. Same day service. There were four of us traveling and we provided the clothing in four hotel provided laundry bags. The clothes were return sorted properly and everything was properly cared for. First time trying Em’s Laundry and they have done a fantastic job. Two pairs of very dirty shoes now look good as new and our clothes are clean and perfectly folded. Em’s Laundry service is simply amazing! I’ve never let my laundry out of my hands before and this was the first time for me using a service like Em’s Laundry. First I was a bit concerned how this will work out, and it was the best experience. Better than anything I imagined. Em’s got me on What’s up and sent me text messages about finding out our address, picking up and delivery time. So everything was well managed. The driver was flexible enough with having morning and afternoon times.
